Influence of temperature on development of the photosynthetic device of sprouts of firm wheat

Объектом исследования служили проростки 18 сортов яровой твердой пшеницы Triticum durum L. Культивирование осуществлялось при температуре 15 ± 1 °С и 20 ± 2 °С. Для изучения влияния температурного фактора на развитие фотосинтетического аппарата проростков использовали следующие показатели: длину пластинки и влагалища первого листа, количественное содержание пигментов (хлорофиллов а и b, каротиноидов), соотношение пигментов (хлорофиллов а и b, хлорофиллов и каротиноидов) в пластинке первого листа проростка.

Рост и развитие растений Oxytropis ambigua (Pall.) Dc. (Fabaceae) в условиях интродукции

Проанализированы данные по росту и развитию в условиях интродукции редкого и исчезающего вида остролодочника сходного (Oxytropis ambigua (Pall.) DC.) (Fabaceae) из флоры Южного Урала. Сделан вывод о хорошей интродукционной способности растений вида.
