Preliminary results of introduction of wild plants for the aim of feed

The article contains the results on the growing and introduction of wild plants, harvested in different areas of the former Soviet Union. These plants were examined for the improvement of hayfields, pastures and battered agricultural lands. The preliminary conclusion is that plants tested have the economical significance.

The article provided with the results of observations of phenological phases over 5 years. The article reflects the budding phase, the beginning of regrowth, flowering vegetation and closure.

The perspectives of introduction of Viskaria vulgaris Bernh. in the Lower Volga region

The article presents the results of the study of the adaptation features of Viscaria vulgaris Bernh. (Caryophyllaceae) introduced in the Lower Volga region. The study examines: the seasonal rhythm of the plant development, biomorphological parameters of the plant as a whole and its fruits. The genus introduction capacity was evaluated using the seven-point scale. It was found that Viskaria vulgaris Bernh. is promising for planting under in the Lower Volga region.
